OUR VISION
WNY Pagan Pride strives to promote the advancement of religion and elimination of prejudice based on religious beliefs within the Western New York geographical area, specifically religions that fall under the definition of "Paganism." Through education, activism, charity and community, Pagan Pride promotes tolerance and understanding between people with different belief systems.

WNY Pagan Pride Land Acknowledgment

We gather our minds together today as members of the pagan community in honor and celebration of all that came before us and all that is to come. We give thanks to the earth, the plants, the animals, to the indigenous peoples, to their ancestors, and we pledge to follow in their footsteps and continue their work for the next seven generations. We gather our hearts to celebrate the native connection we all share to Mother Earth and we give thanks for the air we breathe and the strength she provides that fortifies our minds, bodies, and souls. Today we acknowledge that we are on the ancestral land of the Haudenosaunee peoples and we thank them for their ongoing stewardship and efforts to protect and keep the connection alive. In the Seneca language we all say together Nya:wëh. (Thank you)
